All our products are entirely handcrafted using natural elements, paints, wood, glass and various metals. Our each product is unique. Let's not think of an irregular print, shape/texture or color as a defect. Nature means ‘Uniqueness & Uncertainty’ when it comes to shapes, textures, natural color shades or tones.

These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors to purchase handmade wearable art pieces or home decor artifacts. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Commercial Terms

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Retention of right to change offering

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

Shipping Policy

Currently, we are shipping to only within India. We partner with courier services to deliver orders as soon as possible. Typically, all orders will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

We don't accept cancellations

Returns and exchange details

We gladly accept returns and exchanges in case you receive damaged product. Contact with us with in 3 days of delivery and send the picture of damaged product. Dispatch items back within 8 days of delivery. Customers will have to pay for returns.

Your happiness is our goal. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, just let us know and we'll try to work it out.

However, please think twice! Look carefully at the photos, read the information about the product at the time of purchase. We reiterate that each handcrafted product is unique and will have natural variation.

If a purchase is damaged or comes too late - we will give Your money back. We are not happy when You are not happy!

Please send us the damaged purchase back (it must be in original packaging, NOT USED - if You use it, it is believed that You like it and we shouldn't refund). You are to pay for back-delivery.

Right to suspend or cancel User account

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations.
